Children playing with Wayan puppets
This photograph was taken when I visited a village name Desa Penglipuran. In there, there was no telephone signal, TV, and basically every electronic equipments was not existent. It means that the villagers there were very traditional based on their clothes and their daily jobs as well as culture. In this photograph, the children played with Wayang puppets which was a form of entertainment for them. If compared to modern children living in cities, they do not have cellphones or video games as an entertainment. They play with Wayan puppets just like their ancestors did too once they were young. They can creative as they can make up their own stories about the puppets.
